The World Campus Student Government Association has recently passed a resolution proposed by the Academic Affairs Committee, ensuring the timely confirmation and release of required course material lists by World Campus faculty members. In accordance with the Higher Education Act of 2008, materials are to be confirmed at least eight weeks before the start of the semester, and course lists are to be provided to students at the time of registration.

The timely release of required course materials allows World Campus students ample time to plan for the academic and financial responsibilities of each new semester. These time frames also ensure that students are able to acquire the necessary textbooks and software prior to the beginning of classes.
